Delivery & Returns
Once your orders have been received at our warehouse, our scheduling team will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date. We usually offer either a morning delivery slot from 9am to 1pm or an afternoon slot from 1pm to 5pm. On the day of delivery you should also get a call from our van staff to notify you that they are on their way.
Our policy is to deliver the furniture to the room of your choice, set it up in position and remove all excess packaging. We will remove any old pieces of furniture if you have specified this on your order. Please ask our staff for details and prices for this furniture uplift service.
In order to make the delivery as swift and easy for our staff as possible we kindly ask you to prepare the access route as best you can and if possible remove any obstructions that may hinder access to the designated room. Other than our semi-fitted wardrobe systems which are installed by external trained specialists, all our orders are delivered by our own dedicated van staff. We do not use any third party services or couriers. If you have any issues at the time of delivery then please talk to our staff directly.
